We were established in 2008 and are a club open to players of all ages and ability, we have elite level senior mens and womens teams at National league and teams at local league, as well as junior teams and community based teams at all age rangers. We are have won every Welsh title multiple times (Welsh cup, trophy, Play-offs and league ). Our focus is on growing the sport from beginner to elite level in Cardiff across all regions and ages.
